Meadow was founded in 1993 by Jon Tipler and Rob Phipps. The business quickly established itself as a reliable engineering and tool-making service for local and national businesses.
In 1997 we purchased our first CNC Machine and CAD/CAM system, which helped drive the business forward even further into new and exciting projects. Since then, the business had continued to grow its capabilities and expertise with a unique blend of conventional, skilled manufacturing mixed with modern-day 3D design, programming and machining.
Based in the town of Oadby near Leicester, we are ideally placed in the centre of the country, with easy access to junction 21 of the M1.
Continually embracing new technology, we now have multiple CNC machines and CAD/CAM seats in our factory, as well as highly skilled pattern makers and engineers.
Our Solidworks-based design department allows us to offer a complete design, prototype and evaluation service, which can be tailored to customer needs.
This gives Meadow the ability to develop successful design concepts into production tooling, test units and even full vacuum forming production.
